PTCL ” Fast Path” for Better Online Gaming Experience

PTCL “Fast Path” is a free service from  Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited that helps in lowering the latency, resulting in a lag-free smooth online gaming experience.

You can dial 1218 to activate the PTCL ”Fast Path” or by logging on to the official PTCL website.

Steps to activate ‘Fast Path’ through the website:

1. Visit www.ptcl.com.pk 
2. Sign in through your registered account. (If you do not have an account, you are required to register your account and add your subscribed PTCL products, i.e. landline, internet, etc.)
3. Under ‘My Account Services’ on the left, please select the ‘Change latency type’.
4. On the next window, please select ‘Change latency’ and then select ‘Fast’ from the drop-down menu. Read the disclaimer and select confirm if you wish to proceed.
5. The service will be activated within 24 hours.

Note: In case of any instability in your internet connection, change the latency type to default.

In addition to that, you can always check your internet speed via our PTCL Speed Test web application to make sure you are getting the right speed.
